Just want to thank you again for your Women’s board presentation a few weeks ago. That prompted me to quit my 2 a day Diet coke habit (as of today, 6 days!). I am starting on a 21 day Purification Program on Sunday which cuts out all junk, only veggies and fruit and some minimal grains and proteins. I am hoping to do something about my sugar craving and binge eating. I hope to stay as vegetarian/vegan as I can afterward. Both my teenage girls read the book and we are gearing up for food shopping and recipe making! At the very least, I hope they have some more awareness of what they are putting in their bodies.

It has always been in the back of my mind to change my life eating habits. I have practiced yoga for 10 years and have always had a problem with killing and eating animals. Your program and the book have hopefully really jump-started me.

You never know when you will touch someone and I am pretty sure you and I were in the right place at the right time…so Thank you again! I will check out your blog for recipes. I loved the no-oil balsamic dressing.
