Yet Another Mushroom Barley Soup

But this time its cream of mushroom soup with barley. I’ve made hundreds of soups in my day, I think this is the best. I probably could of eaten the whole pot! It was a little time consuming to make, but if you prepare, its really easy. I always wanted to buy a juicer but I didn’t want to spend the $$$$. I was looking through the food ads and I noticed “Aldi” had a juicer for $39.99. I had the pleasure this past weekend of a visit from my sister Maria.
