The last time I wrote to you was in 2011, almost 10 years ago!
I decided since I’m home quarantined, I’d revamp my blog.
What have I been doing in the last 10 years? I changed my life!
I now have a FOOD TRUCK! which I started last season. We had a wonderful first year. I was so excited to start 2020 when it came to a screeching HALT! due to the Coronavirus. Since I’m high risk, I’ve decided to stay home until we have more screening/testing. These are very scary times. I would rather see you all safe. We’ll be out there soon enough serving you our down-home comfy Vegan yumminess….I hope THIS year! Stay safe, stay healthy and most of all stay POSITIVE!
