Over the weekend I participated in a heart talk called “Tools for a Healthier Lifestyle” with my friends Adene and Laura from Aultman Heart Center at Aultman Hospital. I can’t believe it that is has been one year since I started my blog and my new way of eating – my new beginnings. It really hasn’t been hard being a vegan – it’s a shame more restaurants just don’t get it. All of us would be so much healthier if we had fresh choices.
